By playing at African Grand (the “Company”), you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Only one Real account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details, banking and card details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.

No purchase is necessary to play Games. Players may enter and play Games free of charge and without betting money. However, Players who choose to play for money, do so at their own discretion and risk. As with all gambling, inherent risk of loss of money is always possible.

The Company makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in the Games nor shall any of the Company’s employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.

Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Games.

The Games are for entertainment value only. Any participation in the Game is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the Games, you acknowledge that you do not find the Games or the Casino to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.

Winnings may be void if a player account is linked to other accounts where chargebacks have been placed, or any related fraudulent activity or actions have been deemed high risk by the Risk and Fraud division.

You are only permitted to enter the Casino for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Casino or the Website is strictly prohibited.

If you fail to provide payment documentation, account verification, or complete any required verification deposit, within a 14 day period, any pending withdrawal or withdraw-able balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company (African Grand).

African Grand reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Casino account in any circumstances including:

  • If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;
  • If the name on your Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases or has been registered on your Casino account;
  • If you participate in a Casino promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
  • If you provide incorrect or misleading registration, account or identification information;
  • If you are not of legal age;
  • If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Game is prohibited by law;
  • If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your Casino account;
  • If you have not played at the Casino on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);
  • If you are found cheating or if it is determined by the Company that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Casino;
  • If you have been designated as a bonus abuser, playing no or low-risk strategies in order to withdraw promotional money;
  • If the Company discovers that you have played at any other online casino whereby a negative profile is held (This includes, fraudulent and dishonest activity);

If you fail to provide any required verification documents or complete any required verification deposit, within a 14 day period, any pending withdrawal or withdraw-able balance in your account will be forfeited to the company or placed back into the player casino account.

In the event the Company suspects fraud or fraudulent activity on your part or if any of your transactions are charged back, the Company has the right to withhold any amount from your account which is in excess of your original deposit, and if deemed necessary by the Company, to initiate any legal proceedings to collect any payments owed by you. You agree to fully pay any and all payments and charges due to the Company or to Payment Providers in connection with your use of the Online Casino. You further agree not to make any charge-backs or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your deposits, and in any such event, all winnings will be void and you will have to refund and compensate the Company for such unpaid deposits including any expenses incurred by the Company in the process of collecting your deposit(s).

Taxes, if any, on any winnings withdrawn or prizes awarded are the Player’s sole responsibility. The Player, by acceptance of winnings or a prize, acknowledges compliance with all Rules thereto.

The casino reserves the right to exclude player/s from tournaments, redeeming Bonuses and promotional offers, if found to be associated with any form of abuse or bonus abuse and/or playing low-risk strategies in order to withdraw promotional/bonus money or tournament wins. The casino also reserves the right to exclude these players at management’s discretion.

If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome with the Games, you must submit your complaint to the Company in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Casino software and the Casino’s server software, the result showing on the Casino’s server software shall be the official and governing result of the Game/s.

If you do not log onto your Casino account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company. All accounts that are inactive for a 4 month period will be deemed to be inactive and will be closed.


All free bonus chips and free spins are provided for entertainment purposes.

Any free money given without requiring a deposit e.g. a No-Deposit Coupon, Rebate Bonuses, Loyalty bonus, VIP bonus, No Deposit Required Free Spins, Free Spins that are given on top of a Deposit Match Bonus offer, Competition and Tournament bonus prizes, birthday bonus etc. carry a wagering requirement of at least 50 X wagering with a maximum cash-out amount of R250 unless otherwise mentioned.

All match bonus offers of 100% or lower, require 35 X (deposit + bonus) wagering and have no max cash out, bonus money is not withdrawable and will be removed from your withdrawal.

To complete a withdrawal, a player will need to present:

All withdrawals are reviewed prior to payments being processed. Any form of cheating, suspicious or pattern behaviour will result in winnings being forfeited and your relevant deposits being refunded back to you.

Any attempt to circumvent the casino bonus promotion or bonus system by benefiting off playing with cash and then trying to attempt to win off a bonus not forming part of deposit balance ( or vice versa) is considered deliberate cheating and winnings will be forfeited as well as any deposit returned to the client regardless of the money being won from the cash or bonus.

Please provide all required documents (via email) within 336 hours (14 days) of making your withdrawal request. The following documents will be required:

Free Bonus Money or Free Spins (No Deposit Required) bonuses carry a playthrough requirement of 50X unless indicated differently on the promotional material you received before a player can make a withdrawal. Prior to any withdrawal being allowed on the first claim of a free player bonus or free spins, you must have made a deposit that is at least equal to 50% of the allowed free money withdrawal.

Player’s that have never deposited at the casino, may only make a withdrawal on any bonus, free spins or loyalty points, once a real money deposit has been made by the player. The deposit made, will not be combined with the withdrawal amount, but rather placed in the player’s account once the withdrawal has been paid out. The player will then have access to the deposit amount as a cash balance subject to all normal casino terms and conditions.

Maximum Withdrawal
The maximum withdrawal limit for any Player at African Grand Casino is up to R20,000.00

Players can withdraw this amount once per week.

Tournament Terms

African Grand Tournaments are competitions where online punters play against each other and the Casino to win a prize.

The tournament leaderboard shows the results and the position of the Players taking part.

By participating in our slot tournaments, you hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined here.

Tournament Buy-Ins, Add-Ons, or Re-Buys will be deducted from your real money account balance.

Bonuses cannot be used for Buy-Ins, Add-ons, or Re-Buys on slot tournaments.

Add-ons and Re-Buys are available for selected Tournaments. 

Prices and values fluctuate and are determined by the Casino. 

The number of Add-Ons and Re-Buys available varies per tournament.

Please note that if you are not a real money depositing player, you may only claim winnings from a tournament once.

If you have been excluded from redeeming / claiming any bonuses, you will not be eligible to take part in a tournament.

Should you be disconnected from the system during a Tournament, please note the following terms and conditions apply:

The game will not spin on your behalf.

If you are able to reconnect whilst the tournament is still in progress, you can continue playing in the tournament.

If you are unable to establish a connection, your score / total will be static and will reflect as at the time when you were disconnected.

In the event that a Tournament is canceled, and all terms and conditions were adhered to, Buy-Ins could be refunded.

Tournament prizes are awarded as a real money balance, directly to your account, with no wagering restrictions and you are able to withdraw this immediately according to the Casino Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a Player’s non-compliance with any of the Casino terms and conditions, the Casino reserves the right to disqualify said  Player.

Non-compliance could also lead to possible forfeiture of wins.

Progressive Jackpots

No winnings on progressive slots will be honored if a player has an active bonus. Any bonus stays active while there is a balance within the account that has been accrued through the use of a bonus or is in any way tied to a bonus. This includes any winnings made from a bonus, including a balance where wagering has been met, and any withdrawable balance or pending withdrawals as a result. The balance needs to be withdrawn from the account in total or forfeited by the payer for the bonus to be considered non-active.


Bets wagered with bonus match offers of 100% or less, contribute to the bonus wagering required at a rate of 100%. For example R1 wagered contributes R1 towards fulfilling the wagering required.

1.1) Unless otherwise stated, no cash-ins are permitted before the wagering requirement of the deposit is met. As an example: Depositing R50 and getting a bonus of 99% will put the wagering  of 35X requirement as (50+50) x 35 = 3500.

1.2) The balance displayed in a Player’s account is made up of a playable balance and a withdrawable balance. The balance in the playable account can be used to place wagers only, and cannot be cashed in. The withdrawal balance on a Players account can be cashed in as soon as the bonus amount is at zero.

1.3) Funds are automatically taken from the playable account and transferred to the Player’s cash account as the playthrough requirements are met. If there is a bonus to use, any wagers placed are always deducted from the Player’s playable account. The wager is only deducted from the withdrawable account if there is no bonus available.
